Mobile Concrete Placing System for precast factories with up to 210 Cubic Yard per hour Output

The Putzmeister Autocor 24-4 is a mobile concrete placing system on a rail chassis, ideal for pre-cast plants using pumpable and self-compacting concrete. It incorporates tried-and- tested Putzmeister components, such as a placing boom with almost 79′ reach and a double piston concrete pump and can be assembled according to the specific needs. There are two different concrete pump models available with 144 yd³/hr (24-4.11 H alternatively 210 yd³/hr (24-4.16 H).

These components are integrated via an intelligent control system into the manufacturing process of the pre-fab works. This allows the concreting time to be reduced to about a third of the time required using a crane bucket. The productivity of the works and the quality of the pre-fab are considerably improved. This unit is available for Americas, Europe, MEA and Russia regions.
